<p>A roll-shaped base paper on which a PE vinyl is adhered is hung on a cutting device. A desired design is printed on the base paper, and a lateral piece of a paper cup is continuously cut fanwise. The cut lateral pieces are pushed out of a mold and stacked on a rod which is a cylindrical support. The support which includes the cylindrical rod of the cutting device and a circular insertion port is joined and fixed to the cutting device. The lateral pieces which are being pushed out are stacked directly on the support. When the lateral pieces are full in the support having a shaft, the support is separated, and a strip made of flat iron is inserted into the support while preventing the lateral pieces from being in disorder. The support is erected and fixed by using the shaft and moved toward a paper cup forming device. The lateral pieces are staked on a support of the forming deice, and a work is performed. In a current paper cup factor, the lateral pieces of a paper cup cut by a cutting device are manually moved to other support, and moved to a paper cup forming device after water is sprayed on the lateral pieces. The movable support is joined to the cutting device so that the present invention reduces the number of processes which are repeated dozens of times; solves a problem of contamination caused by manually moving the lateral pieces; and obtain high work efficiency by easily moving the heavy lateral pieces.</p> |
