<p>A pulley seat comprising a housing 1, a pulley 2, a bearing 3, first 4 and second 5 sleeves and a pivot pin 6. The housing 1 comprises a cover 11, having an oval slot 111, and a casing 12, with first 122 and second 123 stepped diameter holes. The housing is integrally formed by hot forging. The pulley 2 comprises an axial channel 21. The bearing 3 has an axial hole 31 and is rotatably located in the axial channel 21. The first 4 and second 5 sleeves each have a stepped diameter passage 41, 51 and are located in the first 112 and second 123 stepped diameter holes. The pivot pin 6 is rotatably located in the first sleeve 4, the axial hole 21 ad the second sleeve 5.Theis pulley seat is able to carry a larger load than conventional pulley seats.</p> |
