The present invention relates to a coke dry quenching facility comprising a pre-chamber for containing coke inside; a cooling chamber connected to the bottom of the pre-chamber; a ring duct installed to envelop the outside of the pre-chamber; and a water gas generating unit for artificially generating water gas by spraying water or gas into the pre-chamber. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water gas generating unit raises the temperature of circulating gas by spraying water to high-temperature red heat coke charged in the coke dry quenching facility through a plurality of spray nozzles and generating water gas. And the temperature rise of the circulating gas increases the generation of high-pressure steam in a boiler compared with an existing facility by raising the temperature of the entrance of the boiler.
