MANIFEST MECHANISM IN BROADCAST INVOLVED SYSTEM

Provided are a method and an apparatus for receiving manifest information by a client from a broadcast involved system. The method comprises the following steps of: being connected to a broadcast involved system; receiving timing information including a specific entry point for examining manifest information; and obtaining the manifest information from a broadcasting channel based on the timing information.
