Provided are: oligonucleotide primer sets for differentiating the cultivar of red peppers resistant to Pepper Mottle Virus (PepMoV) including at least one oligonucleotide primer set selected from the group consisting of three pairs of primer sets represented by the sequence number 1 to 6; a method for differentiating the cultivar of red peppers resistant to PepMoV using the primer sets; and a kit for differentiating the cultivar of red peppers resistant to PepMoV including the primer sets.
