The present invention relates to biocompatible polymer-conjugated protein and a method for preparing the same. A method for preparing the biocompatible polymer-conjugated protein location-selectively conjugates a biocompatible polymer to a C-end of protein to maintain the unique activity of the protein, and has high reaction yield and production yield compare to existing techniques for improving in-vivo stability and continuity of protein medicines.
