The present invention includes a wheel speed sensor for measuring the speed of a vehicle; an acceleration sensor for measuring the gradient of a vehicle; a distance sensor for measuring the distance between the vehicle and an obstacle; and a control unit. The control unit determines a malfunction of the acceleration sensor when a vehicle is stopped by an input of a brake pedal; receives an input of the separated distance measured by the distance sensor; prevents a vehicle from being slipped by driving a brake unit by comparing the slip preventing pressure corresponding to the inputted separated distance and the pressure of a master cylinder caused by the input of the brake pedal; and releases the slop slip prevention when an input of the acceleration sensor is received.
