The present invention relates to a ladder type step exercise apparatus, and more particularly, to a ladder type step exercise apparatus comprising: a pair of longitudinal members; and multiple transverse members forming a step unit in a '�� shape with the longitudinal members by being arranged at regular intervals in the inside of the longitudinal members. According to the present invention, using a fixing pin to fix the transverse members and the longitudinal members in a vertical direction in a state wherein the transverse members and the longitudinal members are combined in a simple inserting way can simplify assembly, and stably combing the transverse members and the longitudinal members can extend product life by preventing damages despite long-time use thereof. |
