The present relates to a PLC output signal control device and a method thereof. The output control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, for a control method controlling the form of a digital output signal, includes a step of receiving the digital output signal; a step of smoothly interpolating the slope of the digital output signal by applying at least one out of a linear correction function and a non-linear function. The present invention is capable of providing a more reliable output control device and a method for making a PLC-controlled external device respond in a smooth manner and preventing the external device being controlled from malfunctioning or be damaged by changing a PLC output gradually.
