The present invention relates to a digital device control and home control system. To be specific, the present invention relates to a mobile smart terminal and a digital control and home control system using a touch relay which has a smart communication unit, IP camera communication unit, and IR converter communication unit installed in a multi-relay located inside, forms a data communication path among a smart terminal, a multi-IP camera, and IR converter located outside, enables controlling from the outside a digital device inside by a digital device control signal received from a smart terminal, implements easily home automation with a previous digital device having no embedded home automation function, forms the multi-relay as an embedded system having an independent operating system, has a touch input unit allowing an input of a control signal of a digital device without a smart terminal, and allows an easy control of a digital device by using only a multi-relay inside without a smart terminal.
