A transfer system of an OLED organic matter includes a first optical sensor placed at a mouth and photographing a laminated plate combined with a substrate and a donor film; a lens part placed in the rear of the first optical sensor and branching a laser source and laser supplied from the laser source; a laser tool composed of a first scanning part and a second scanning part scanning the laminated plate while being separated in a predetermined distance and receiving the branched laser; a second optical sensor placed between the first and second scanning parts and photographing the laminated plate; and a control part transferring an organic matter of the laminated plate through the scanning of the first scanning part and transferring the organic matter through the scanning of the second scanning part when a transfer state of the plate is determined as a faulty state by comparing a measurement value of the second optical sensor to a measurement value of the first optical sensor.
