The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sweet rice drink using hexagonal water and natural sweeteners and, more particularly, a sweet rice drink manufactured by soaking powdered malt in water prepared by boiling hexagonal water with licorice and separating malt content, and adding natural sweeteners (licorice/grain syrup/xylitol/herb(stevia)) instead of sugar, thereby manufacturing a healthy drink preventing a cavity caused by eating sweet things or high blood pressure and diabetes according to weight gain and enabling consumers to enjoy a variety of tastes according to personal preference by adding one or more than two kinds of the natural sweeteners.
