Disclosed is a digital X-ray detector which converts the incident X-rays into visible rays and detects the digital image data of the visual rays. The digital X-ray detector includes a TFT converting inputted electric signals into digital signals; a CIGS diode which is formed on the TFT, generates the electric signals corresponding to the intensity of the incident visible rays, and provides the electric signals to the TFT; and a fluorescent body which is formed on the CIGS diode and generates the visible rays corresponding to the incident X-rays.
