The present invention relates to a device for trimming an edge band of a wave panel which cuts the edge band attached to the side of the panel while transferring the wave panel with a conveyor and a carrier roller. The device for trimming the edge band of the wave panel forms a trimming unit in a predetermined part and an air nozzle on the outer circumference of the guide bearing. The trimming unit includes a guide bearing guiding a cutting line of a trimming cutter on the same axis as a trimming motor by rotating along a curved surface of the wave panel and the trimming cutter cutting the edge band while rotating by being installed in a trimming motor. The air nozzle prevents a forming material of the curved surface of the wave panel from being attached by spraying high pressure air. The present invention trims the edge band of the wave panel as the same surface as the curved surface formed on the surface of the wave panel. |
