The present invention relates to a device for connecting and separating a casing pipe for drilling a tube well, capable of rapidly pulling out and separating the casing pipe for drilling embedded into the ground by being plurally connected after the tube well is drilled for development of underground water etc. the present invention includes a main body; a clamping unit mounted on both sides to be able to rotate while closely located to or separated from the outer circumference of the casing pipe for drilling the tube well; and a separation rotation unit mounted on the main body and the clamping unit and separating screwed connection of a unit pipe from the fixed pipe by being attached to the outer circumference of the unit pipe, which is screwed to the pipe fixed to the tube well and receiving a driving force.
