TARGET PROTEIN FOR BOTH DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF LUNG CANCER

The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing or treating lung cancer which includes active ingredients which are specifically bound to novel target proteins for lung cancer. The present invention provides active ingredients which are specifically bound to one of target polypeptide selected among a group including APOO(Apolipoprotein O), ATP1A1(ATPase, Na+/K+transporting, alpha 1 polypeptide), CANX(calnexin), and DDOST(dolichyl-diphosphooligosaccharide-protein glycosyltransferase). The target polypeptide is specifically overexpressed in lung cancer tissues or cells therefore suitable for a target agent for diagnosing or treating the lung cancer. The target polypeptide is membrane protein expressed on cell surfaces so that the target polypeptide can be easily detected by noninvasive methods and used for the target agent for diagnosing and treating the lung cancer.
