The present invention provides an easy-maintenance gutter block (1) able to easily accommodate the laying, addition, or replacement of cables (5). Specifically, the present invention relates to a gutter block (1) which functions concomitantly as a common tunnel for electrical wires that is able to accommodate cables (5), and as a gutter for the drainage of water. The gutter block (1) includes a block unit (11) which is open on the top end and which has integrated left and right side walls (14, 14) and a bottom wall (15) connected to the bottom edges of the side walls, and a middle bottom member (bottom plate member (12)) which is detachably installable within the block unit (11) and which, when installed, partitions the internal cross-sectional space of the block unit (11) into a drainage space (17) to the upper side and a cable accommodating space (38) to the lower side. |
