The present invention relates to a dry particle separation apparatus for using air-cooled coal-fired bottom ash for agricultural bed soil. The present invention provides a soft coal bottom ash processing apparatus for aggregate for agriculture comprising a first screening part for screening bottom ash being the residue of coal combustion; a first transfer device for transferring the bottom ash screened by the first screening part while cooling the bottom ash with air; a crusher for crushing the bottom ash transferred by the first transfer device; a second transfer device for transferring the crushed bottom ash while cooling the bottom ash with air; a first storage for storing the bottom ash transferred by the second transfer device; a second screening part for screening the bottom ash transferred to the first storage; a second storage including a dust-collecting filter at the upper part and storing the bottom ash screened by the second screening part; a particle separation part for receiving the bottom ash stored in the second storage and separating the particles of the bottom ash stored in the second storage; and an acidity treatment part for controlling the acidity of the bottom ash screened by the particle separation part within a range of 6 to 9. The present invention is environmentally friendly because there is no remaining waste such as sludge owing to water being used as a refrigerant. The bottom ash can be instantly used as aggregate for agriculture, civil engineering and construction because the bottom ash is completely sterilized by a reburning process. Energy efficiency can be maximized by heat recovery owing to the reburning process and the quantity of unburned carbon particles can be reduced, thereby reducing environmental pollution. |
