The present invention relates to a device for controlling the distortion of a strip generated in a cooling region when martensitic stainless steel is transformed at a bright annealing line and, more specifically, to a device for controlling the distortion of a strip generated in a cooling region when martensitic stainless steel is transformed at a bright annealing line which controls the distortion of a strip by installing a damper and cooling the strip several times for solving a problem that the distortion in a width direction of the strip is occurred by a volume increase caused by the difference of grating constants of ferrite and martensite when transforming ferrite stainless steel into martensitic stainless steel by rapidly cooling at a temperature over a temperature for solution heat treatment. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by the device for controlling the distortion of the strip generated in the cooling region when martensitic stainless steel is transformed at the bright annealing line which includes a spraying nozzle which is formed on the lower side of a blowing fan installed on the cooling region and which sprays hydrogen gas in a breath direction of the strip; the damper which is arranged between the spraying nozzle and the strip and which controls the amount of hydrogen gas to make the hydrogen gas be uniformly dispersed to the strip; a damper position checking unit which can check the position of the damper; and a damper control unit which controls the position of the damper in the breath direction of the strip. |
