A remote terminal unit (RTU) digital output (DO) module device comprises a versa module eurocard (VME) bus unit, a main control unit, and a terminal board unit. The VME bus unit inputs and outputs a data signal and an address signal. The main control unit receives the data signal and the address signal; generates a first relay control signal or a second relay control signal by using an address decoding method; analyzes outputted point relay signal; and selects the output for a driving relay signal. The terminal board unit receives the point relay signal and the driving relay signal and drives.
