The present invention relates to a shelf and a refrigerator including the same comprising: a support frame body having a plurality of coupling holes formed by being perforated equidistantly along a longitudinal direction; a cover member for opening or closing the coupling holes; a support frame fixed on one side of a partitioned space; and shelf plates fixed to the coupling holes for partitioning the space. The cover member includes: a fixing part for fixing the cover member at the inner side of the support frame body and a plurality of opening or closing parts extended corresponding to the coupling holes from the fixing part for opening or closing independently each of the coupling holes and for selectively opening only the coupling holes where the shelf plates are fixed by being moved by the shelf plates. The present invention can open selectively only the coupling holes of the support frame used via the cover member and can prevent abnormal materials from being induced via the coupling holes and being laminated, so can enhance the hygiene.
