摘要 The present invention relates to a structural composite material impeller for a pump and a manufacturing method thereof. The structural composite material impeller for a pump comprises: a first circle plate which includes multiple blades arranged on the first circle plate in a radial form; a second circle plate which is formed in an integral union shape on the opposite side; an opening part for liquid inflow which is formed on one central part among ether the first circle plate or the second circle plate; and an operating part for combination with an operating shaft on the other central part. The manufacturing method for the structural composite material impeller for a pump comprises: a step of preparing structural material elements by cutting structural materials consisting of fibers or fabrics into a cross section form of the first circle plate or blade and second circle plate; a step of laminating each structural material element in order to form an impeller form by interposing a blade mold in a first mold and a second mold having a cavity which is identical to the appearance of the impeller based on a combination state while a liquid resin for combination is permeated in one method among coating or vacuum pressure to each structural element; and a step of removing the impeller hardened the structural elements by separating each mold after naturally or compulsorily cooling the structural elements laminated in the first mold and the second mold in order to be hardened and combined with each other.
