<p>An organic light emitting diode display device, given in the present invention, includes a first transistor which is connected to a data line and a first node and delivers a data voltage supplied through the data line to the first node; a second transistor which is connected to the first node and a second node; a third transistor which is connected to a reference voltage terminal and a third node and delivers a reference voltage supplied from the reference voltage terminal to the third node; a fourth transistor which is connected to an initial voltage terminal and the second node and delivers an initial voltage supplied from the initial voltage terminal to the second node; a fifth transistor which is connected to the reference voltage terminal and the second node; a driving transistor of which the source electrode and the gate electrode are connected to the second node and the third node, respectively, and of which the drain electrode is connected to a high-potential power voltage terminal; a first capacitor which is connected between the first node and the third node; a second capacitor which is connected between the first node and the second node and maintains the data voltage for a frame; and an organic light emitting diode which is connected to a low-potential power voltage terminal and the second node.</p> |
