The cooler (10) has an insulating tub (20) with a trough base (22). A shelf surface (18) is positioned in the insulating tub for delivery of goods. An evaporator (40) is arranged in the insulating tub. A fan unit (60) is provided for generating a circulating air flow for cooling goods by the evaporator. The evaporator is arranged above or in the height range of shelf surface for goods. The evaporator is moved between an operating position in a peripheral region of the insulating tub and center cleaning position. |
