The present invention discloses a vehicle sun visor that effectively absorbs an impact when external force from an occupant is applied to a sun visor main body. A vehicle sun visor 101 has a sun visor main body 103 to which functional members 105, 109 are attached. The sun visor main body 103 has first and second main surfaces. Also, a plurality of protruding portions 123, 125 stand erect from the second main surface, and a top portion of each protruding portion 123, 125 and a space 127 between-the top portions form at least a portion of the first main surface. |
