The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing sheet rubber for a tire. The apparatus includes a closed mixer for producing blended rubber, an extruder equipped with a pair of mills for molding sheet rubber from the blended rubber, a release liquid coater for coating release liquid on the sheet rubber, a drying and cooling device for drying and cooling sheet rubber coated with the release liquid, a flicking device installed between the extruder and the drying and cooling device, and an air blower installed lower than the flicking device on the path of the sheet rubber. The flicking device includes a punching roll with punching protrusion for punching holes on the sheet rubber passed the extruder and a rubber sheet roll which faces the punching roll to press the sheet rubber towards the punching roll. The air blower sprays air to the rubber sheet and discharges release liquid through the holes formed on the sheet rubber. The apparatus for manufacturing sheet rubber for a tire according to the present invention transfers the sheet rubber while increasing contact area with cooling air by forming holes on the sheet rubber, thereby enhancing cooling efficiency.
