An apparatus for winding a cap tread rubber strip according to the present invention comprises: a conveyer belt which transfers a cap tread rubber strip supplied from an extruder to a building drum; an assembly which attaches the cap tread rubber strip transferred by the conveyer belt to the outer periphery of the building drum; an antistatic rubber strip supply device which supplies an antistatic rubber strip having conductivity towards the transferred cap tread rubber strip; a sealing roller which seals the antistatic rubber strip transferred to the cap tread rubber strip to one side of the cap tread rubber strip; a cutter which cuts the antistatic rubber strip transferred to the cap tread rubber strip; and a gripper which transfers the antistatic rubber strip supplied from the antistatic rubber strip supply device to the sealing roller. The apparatus for winding the cap tread rubber strip according to the present invention is able to effectively manufacture a cap tread capable of smoothly releasing static generated in a tire or a car body to the ground by winding the antistatic rubber strip having conductivity with the cap tread rubber strip around a molding roller. |
