The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of artificial rock for an artificial waterfall. A basic frame of a structure is made using reinforcing bars. An outline is installed by connecting an iron net to the basic frame. A mixture is manufactured by mixing cement, sand, and water in a weight ratio of 1:1:3. The mixture is filled in the iron net structure using a spray gun. In 30 minutes to one hour, a high waterproof mortar, manufactured by mixing cement, sand, and water in a weight ratio of 1:1:2 and mixing a common waterproof agent with the mixture in a weight ratio of 1:1, is applied on the mixture in a thickness of 3 cm, which is sprayed on the iron net structure. In the next 30 minutes to one hour, the structure is covered by a high durability mortar which is manufactured by mixing cement, sand, and water in a weight ratio of 1:1:1 then mixing a breaking prevention agent with the mixture in a weight ratio of 1:1. The high durability mortar is stepped on feet for 15 minutes to secure maximum viscosity of the high durability mortar. Rock-shaped artificial moldings are made on the surface of the structure, in the next thirty minutes to one hour, the rock-shaped artificial moldings are colored by spraying or painting, and then in the next thirty minutes, a transparent synthetic resin is sprayed on the surface of the artificial moldings. |
