<p>The present invention relates to a method of operating a mouse virtual touch control screen and, more particularly, to a method of operating a mouse virtual touch control screen, capable of controlling enlargement, reduction, or rotation of a screen. The mouse comprises a touch control signal converting unit and a virtual touch control inducing button under a computer operation system which provides a screen touch control function. When the virtual touch control inducing button is pressed, the mouse operates the touch control mode. The touch control signal converting unit captures signals when the mouse is pressed and converts the same into screen touch control signals. When touch control functions are operated while sliding and moving on the screen, the mouse sets a press button. When the press button is pressed, a virtual touch on a spot of the screen corresponding to a spot on which a mouse is placed is operated. The spot is set not to be moved, so when other buttons are pressed, operations such as enlargement, reduction or rotation of a screen are possible.
