The present invention relates to a technology which enables to make calls using the radio over internet protocol (RoIP) gateway so that the calls between an electronic phone and a magneto telephone can be possible. The invention comprises a step of the magneto telephone of an automatic exchange switch can send out signals according to the recognition result of transmitting them based on the time division multiplex exchange module, and so a dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) signal can be transmitted and is received through the telephone receiver of the magneto telephone set, a step of connecting the DTMF signal to an internet protocol (IP) phone or a software phone through the IP network connecting apparatus and the time division multiplex exchange module which the tone signal received from the magneto telephone can be connected to the radio set by the time division multiplex exchange module, a step of transmitting the electronic ring signal of the magneto system of the automatic exchange switch and dials digits to the radio set and thus creating a communication channel, and a step of having the electronic phone to output voltage to the magneto telephone set so that it connects itself to the IP-phone or the software phone.
