The present invention relates to an antiskid road construction method including an antiskid paving material applying step and a grooving step, more specifically, a step of pre-treating a road; a step of applying a primer; a step of applying a paving material which is a mixture of a pigment and a methyl metacrylate (MMA) resin composition containing 50-84 weight% of MMA resin, 15-35 weight% of aggregate, and 1-15 weight% of hardener; a step of drying the paving material applied; and a step of grooving.
