摘要

Provided is a fused polycyclic heteroaromatic compound of a low molecule which not only shows only high charge mobility by having a compact planar structure wherein at least seven rings are fused with each other, but also has excellent process properties by enabling both of deposition and room temperature solution processes when applied to a device. Addtionally, provided are an organic thin film and an electronic device including the fused polycyclic heteroaromatic compound.
