The present invention relates to a power generating system using deep sea tidal current which has a deep sea pipe installed between a marine structure and a sea bottom oil well and mounted with at least one generator generating according to the flow of tidal current in the deep sea pipe. The generator includes: a pipe coupling member in which a pipe connection part having a cylinder shape and coupled with the deep sea pipe and a case connection part having a mounting hole provided therein and symmetrically formed to have space between both sides of the pipe connection part are integrally formed; a hollow case having an accommodation space therein and coupled with the case connection part; a rotating body arranged in the mounting hole of the case connection part and rotating according to the flow of tidal current; and a driving generating part connected with the rotating body, mounted in the accommodation space of the case, and generating power by using rotating force at the time of the operation of the rotating body. According to the present invention, the power generating system using deep sea tidal current can generate power by mounting a generator in the deep sea pipe mounted between the marine structure and the sea bottom oil well and can be easily installed and disassembled by the simple structure and the light weight.
