PURPOSE: A resin impregnating agent is provided to facilitate liquid waste treatment by using a vinyl-based acryl monomer, without influencing the physical properties of a conventional resin impregnating agent. CONSTITUTION: A resin impregnating agent comprise: a vinyl-based acryl monomer which comprises a first acrylic monomer for softening an impregnating agent-cured material, a second acrylic monomer for improving the hardness of the impregnating agent-cured material, and a third acrylic monomer for improving binding force between monomers; and a non-ionic surfactant. The amount of the second acrylic monomer is 30-40 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of first acrylic monomer, and the amount of the third acrylic monomer is 1-5 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of third acrylic monomer. |
