The present invention relates to a device and method for manufacturing a gas injector using electrical properties, which manufacture the gas injector having the same response performance based on the load value of a plunger repeated by an external electrical signal, an elastic spring, and a fixed push bar by collecting mechanical elements, which influence the discharging rate of the gas injector and electrical response performance, and the waveform data of current signals which are electrical signals. The device and method minimize the flow rate deviation between products, which is the mechanical deviation, and the deviation of the response performance and manufacture the gas injector having uniform performance. |
