PURPOSE: An offshore wind power plant and a construction method thereof are provided to facilitate an installation, and to be able to convey by integrating a tower and a foundation by floating on a sea surface by comprising one combination in which a tower and a foundation are combining to float on a sea surface and to be folded each other. CONSTITUTION: An offshore wind power plant comprises a foundation (105), a tower (130), a nacelle, and a blade. The foundation is fixed to a submarine ground. The tower is installed at an upper end of the foundation. The nacelle is installed in a top of the tower. The blade is mounted on the nacelle. In the tower, a lower part is hinge-combined in an upper end of the foundation, and assembled in the foundation. |
