<p>The device has composite wings, and a longeron (1) located at a root between one third and quarter of chord of root profile so as to be at an end of leading edge of one of the wings. Ribs (3) are provided on the longeron. A hinge is connected to a rotatable tube that is attached by an arch gripped at bottom of the backrest by bolts. The wing is attached to a central stub (7) and to a stay (8) by attachment points. A controller controls torsion of the wings by rudder bar acting on roots of the ribs.</p>
