The present invention relates to a reinforced concrete retaining wall with a saw tooth back and, more specifically, to a reinforced concrete retaining wall with a saw tooth back capable of significantly increasing the stability of retaining wall by significantly reducing the soil pressure applied to a vertical wall and suppressing the transverse displacement of retaining wall by reducing the increasing horizontal stress transferred to the vertical wall and vertical stress applied to the bottom plated of the retaining wall by dispersing the transverse soil pressure applied to the back of the vertical wall. The present invention provides a reinforced concrete retaining wall that has a saw tooth back including: a vertical wall that is constructed at predetermined height from the upper surface of concrete bottom plate which is installed under the ground; a back filling material that is installed on the back of the vertical wall up to the height corresponding to the upper end of the vertical wall; and a protrusion part that protrudes on the back of the vertical wall being in contact with the back filling material, and reduces horizontal soil pressure and increases vertical stress by dispersing the friction generated by being contact with the back filling material into horizontal intensity and vertical intensity.
