According to an integrated monitoring and control system of the present invention, a standardized remote monitoring control SW to perform remote monitoring and control function is installed only in a main server in a central control room and field equipment data of field level is focused and managed in the main server. The system is a BACnet based energy management system which enables exchange between heterogeneous devices and also converts different communication protocols into one unified protocol through a communication interface part and then operates the unified protocol even when different communication protocols are used, by adopting an open type standardized BACnet protocol. Thus, the system of the present invention improves expandability of equipment operation between heterogeneous devices, and only need to exchange or replace a software of the main server when a new equipment is introduced or changed, and has easy and economical benefit in both aspects of optimum control system construction and optimum maintenance management by enabling an IO integrated control unit to perform only the function of an I/O integrated module without having self processing function.
