The present invention relates to a ground fixing apparatus of tripods for geodetic surveying , and comprises; an upper end support; and three legs installed on the upper end support with rotatable combination to allow opening and pursing; and a mount combined to the upper end support with surveying instruments mounted; and a means of leg support for supporting with legs opened; and a means of leg fixing to fix the legs on the ground; and is provided with multiple needle-type landing members and face contact-type landing members as a means for leg fixing, allowing survey precision to be secured by selecting the most optimum landing members according to the ground upon installing the tripod on the ground and mounting by one-touch method so that the legs are fixed rigidly on the ground and the tripod may not easily fall down on the bottom nor move the position; as well as prevention of damages to the surveying instruments mounted on the mount by making the tripod rigidly supported without falling down arbitrarily . The invention is further provided with a means to maintain the mount level to allow automatic maintenance of a level condition for the mount, wherein the upper face of the mount is maintained in level by the means of maintaining the mount level when legs are landed on the ground, while the surveying instruments are maintained in level when the surveying instruments are mounted on the mount after the tripod is installed with the legs supported by the leg supporting means so that tripod installation and surveying operation may be conducted promptly. |
