The invention discloses a Ganoderma Lucidum coffee comprising: 15-20 weight portions of a Ganoderma Lucidum substance made from Ganoderma Lucidum and Chinese medicines; 8-10 weight portions of coffee. The Ganoderma Lucidum substance comprises Cortex Eucommiae, Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix Codonopsis and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae. The invention provides a Ganoderma Lucidum coffee which is made by special preparation process using the materials including Ganoderma Lucidum and other Chinese medicines. The above mixtures will then be cooked with coffee. Such Ganoderma Lucidum coffee has a rich aroma of coffee and a positive health effect on our body sourced from Ganoderma Lucidum and the above Chinese medicines. The Chinese medicines such as Cortex Eucommiae, Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix Codonopsis and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae will dilute the bitter taste of Ganoderma Lucidum and coffee.
