The present invention relates to a device for drying a negative electrode supporter for a solid oxide fuel cell which dries the cylindrical negative electrode supporter utilized for a solid oxide fuel cell by using microwaves and a drying method using the same and provides a device for drying a negative electrode supporter for a solid oxide fuel cell including a chamber in which an internal drying space is formed inside; a rolling member which guides negative electrode supporters to the inside of the chamber and guides the negative electrode supporters to the outside of the chamber while continuously rolling the negative electrode supporters; and a drying member which is arranged inside the drying space and emits electromagnetic waves for drying the negative electrode supporters guided by the rolling member.
