A locking device for a pipe member includes: a pipe member; a moving member installed so that the one end part of the moving member is able to move in the pipe member; and a locking member installed in one end part of the moving member and has the outer circumferential surface supported on the inner surface of the pipe, wherein the locking member is formed of an elastic transmutable material, is elastically transformed by receiving external force, and is formed so that the diameter of the locking member can be decreased. Therefore, the moving member can be easily moved by decreasing the diameter of the locking member by applying external force to the locking member.
