The system has an archiving device including spaces (131-133) for archiving digital receivers (121, 122) and for storing documents (140, 150) in digital form. A RIN authority (185) assigns a unique identity to a user, and a broker device (180) is connected to the archiving device and to dedicated computers (141, 151) of transmitters (111, 112). The broker device includes robots to scan contents of the dedicated computers, retrieve information about the contents, and transmit the documents stored in the spaces of the archiving device. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a digital archiving system. |
