PURPOSE: A multiple-functional water bath cooker is provided to use a water bath in the state where the water bath is disposed in an inner pot, to half-cook or cook red ginseng and black garlic by heating them in a water bath, and to cook rice or beef-rib soup by directly putting food in the inner pot. CONSTITUTION: A multiple-functional water bath cooker includes a main body (400), an inner pot (300), a water bath (100), and a cover of main body (200). The main body comprises a heating means therein. The inner pot is disposed in the main body so as to be heated by the heating means, and is provided as a container for directly putting therein and cooking the food. The water bath is disposed so as to be selectively detached to the inside of the inner pot and performs the cooking by heating the food in the water bath by means of the heated vapor in the inside of the inner pot. The upper portion of the water bath is sealed by a bath cover (150) in which a through hole is formed so that vapor passes in and out. The cover of main body is provided on the upper portion of the main body so as to seal the inside of the inner pot. |
