摘要 An LCD device is provided to divide storage electrodes to reduce load resistance, thereby reducing variation between common voltages supplied to the storage electrodes to improve image quality. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes an LCD panel(20) and control units(160,170). The LCD panel has a liquid cell(Clc), a common electrode(Ec), and plural storage electrodes(Es). The liquid cell is defined by crossing plural gate lines(GL) and plural data lines(DL). The common electrode configures the liquid cell with a pixel electrode(Ep). The plural storage electrodes form equi-potential and are divided into at least two electrodes to configure a storage capacitor(Cst) with the pixel electrode. The control unit controls each of common voltages supplied to the divided storage electrodes respectively. The storage electrode has a first storage electrode and a second storage electrode. The first storage electrode is disposed in the half left portion of the LCD panel. The second storage electrode is separated from the first storage electrode and is disposed in the half right portion of the LCD panel. The control unit has a first control unit and a second control unit. The first control unit controls a first common voltage supplied to the first storage electrode. The second control unit is configured to be independent of the first control unit and controls a second common voltage supplied to the second storage electrode.
