The present invention relates to a movable hydroelectric plant, and, more specifically, to the hydroelectric plant generating electricity with receiving the rotational force of a hydraulic turbine rotated by flowing water, and comprising: a pipeline part having a path in which water flows, a pair of casters for movement being installed at the bottom side of one side thereof, a pair of height control legs and transferring handles being installed at the other side thereof; the hydraulic turbine being installed at the path to be able to rotate; and a generator generating the electricity with receiving the rotational force of the hydraulic turbine, wherein the hydraulic turbine comprises a rotary shaft and a rotary wheel being installed at the rotary shaft, and the rotary wheel comprises a body installed at the rotary shaft and rotary blades installed at the outer circumferential surface of the body. The present invention forms multiple latching protrusions at the outer surface of the rotary shaft, forms a fastening hole at the body, wherein the fastening hole has latching law parts at an inner circumference thereof so that the fastening hole is fastened to the latching protrusions to be latched on the latching protrusions after being fit to the rotary shaft, forms a supporting shaft at the pipeline part, and installs a rotary pipeline at the supporting part to be able to rotate, thereby providing an effect of running the water, which flows in various directions, into the path. |
