PURPOSE: A label film including adhesion function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a coupling part of a unit label include a smooth shape. CONSTITUTION: A printed layer is formed on an original end film and is combined with a plurality of unit label films (S10). An adhesion material is coated on a lower surface of the original end film and is formed on an adhesion layer (S20). A coating material is formed on a coating layer and is coated on the upper surface of the original end film (S30).
