The present invention relates to strength improvement and miniaturization of a bumper structure. Therefore, a front stay member (2) is inserted into a penetration hole (61a) and a penetration hole (62a) until a flange (21) plain contacts a bumper reinforce (6) and inserted into the outside of a tube part (22) of the bumper stay member protruding from the penetration hole (62a) until the section of one end part of a middle stay member (4) contacts the bumper reinforce. Moreover, a rear stay member (3) is inserted into the inside of the other end part of the middle stay member until the section of the other end of the middle stay member contacts the stepped pulley of a tube part (32) of the rear stay member. A magnetic flux concentrator (72) is facing the outer circumferential surface of the overlapped part of the middle stay member and the front stay member, and the middle stay member and the rear stay member and instant high current is flowed into the same overlapped part for calking coupling the front stay member and the rear stay member with the electronic axial tube of the middle stay member. |
