The present invention includes an active device operating as a master of a dualization path for dualizing a network system, a standby device for replacing the function of the active device which switches with the active device when an error or circuit failure occurs in the active device, a splitter for splitting signals to a dualized path connected to the active device and the standby device, and an attenuator for attenuating downward traffic signals of the active device.
